TODAY!
We made it! My students, their artists, and I completed another book of short stories and accompanying illustrations. I’m so, so proud of their hard work…and seriously, the book looks tight.
Coolest project or cool coolest project of all time? So proud to have contributed an illustration to this! NOLA keeps it super real.
DIY is a very cool online creative community where children can share their creative projects online in a safe space.
As the new books’ creative material gets cookin’, the already-published one hitches a few rides on the Pony Express! Here are a few of the Kickstarter reward packages getting ready to travel the nation.
We’ve got two books in the works, and the newest batch of students’ stories have just been placed into the artists’ hands - er - inboxes, ready for illustration! Reading through each of the stories was an absolute joy, and I cannot wait to see the amazing images are created based on the students’ creativity.
